Come celebrate Life & uplift your senses with this playful & empowering experience as we connect to our voices, our bodies & our rhythm!
The evening will include cacao meditation, open-heart sharing circle, group singing & drumming followed by a sound journey to wrap up the night - facilitated by Misty Tomasino aka Mystic Rhythms Music
Please bring a drum, shakers or any percussion instruments you have. I can provide a few drums if needed - just message me directly to reserve one. Bring a yoga mat for the sound journey at the end.
Plan to arrive 10-15 mins early for parking & to settle into the space.
