Brianna’s recent visit there had her enchanted: eating and drinking all the things and savoring the spirit of MEZCAL. The journey from agave plant to bottle is truly fascinating and we are excited to share it with you.

With over 15 years experience in hospitality, Brianna is passionate about curating top-notch drinking experiences, elevated by garden-to-glass ingredients. She brings a passion for sustainable sourcing paired with a wealth of knowledge on libations from around the world.
