During the Emotional Freedom Art Class, participants will be guided into a soothing, yet powerful Quantum Healing Meditation to connect to their heart centers, activating the contact with the Higher Self, releasing the emotional/energetical blockages, and then safely transforming them.
We’ll scan the emotions that want to be released, visualize the color palette & by tapping into the inner creativity, we’ll transfer the inner world onto the canvas using simple abstract art techniques.
No prior art skills needed. Expect that everyone’s painting will look very unique & different from others.
