Your retreat booking includes luxury shared lodging (2 people per room, private bed) at La Casa Sofia for 8 nights (July 29-August 6, 2023); three daily meals with vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and meat options; two traditional healing ceremonies (choose from tobacco cleansing, flower bath and aura cleanse) plus sweat lodge; daily activities and transportation to and from the Loja regional airport. Each attendee is responsible for their airfare and any additional travel insurance, booking fees or lodging outside the designated retreat days. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your retreat spot.
*Once you complete your registration, we will email you a liability waiver form and a dietary/lodging preferences form to complete. If you are traveling with a friend or loved one, you will have the option to share a room with them.
FLIGHT ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE INFORMATION
There is one flight per day in and out of the Loja regional airport from Quito. Book a your flight with AeroRegional from Quito to Loja on July 29, 2023 at 6:00 a.m. We recommend you arrive to Quito on July 28, 2023 and stay near the airport for easy early morning airport transit. Once in Loja, we will arrange for a van to transport you from the airport to La Casa Sofia (included). There is one flight our of Loja regional airport to Quito on Sunday, August 6, 2023 at 10:10 a.m. We will provide transportation from La Casa Sofia to the Loja regional airport on Sunday, August 6 to ensure timely departure for this flight. You can arrange a flight from Quito to your home destination anytime after 1 p.m. local time on Sunday, August 6th.

Kathryn Rogers is a medicine woman, entrepreneur and chocolatier. She has dedicated her life to connecting with nature’s healing ingredients and empowering people around the world to discover greater vitality in body and mind. Her company, Maya Moon Co., was born out of her love for cacao and healthy food, and her vision to collaborate in support of thriving local and global ecosystems. She has facilitated hundreds of cacao ceremonies around the world and has had the joy and privilege of sitting in meditation with the sacred plant medicine of cacao for more than a decade.
