In this Awaken the Heart community experience, you will remember how to wake up from the trance of a small self. You know… those familiar thoughts in the family of self-judgment, guilt, shame, negative self-talk ect. Even our thoughts of stress and fear that make us feel small… and wake up to see yourself through the eye of the heart, feeling like you’re enveloped in a blanket of unapologetic love.
